"Poetry in the Everyday" is a challenge made by Dr. Philip Metres of John Carroll University to his students. It is an opportunity to expand beyond the boundaries of the classroom's space-time constraints and explore poetry through creative means and bring it into the Everyday - "on the walls and in the streets," in the words of James Sullivan.   Please enjoy our collection of poems reincarnated into installations, boardsides, flyers, recitations and performances below.
